PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

The department provides to explore the abilities and enhance the Physical fitness components of the students for healthful living and sports performance. Physical Education is the interdisciplinary study of all areas of science relating to the transmission of physical knowledge and skills to an individual or a group, the application of these skills, and their results. Sports and games were considered as a part of education as early as old age "Gurukula Sampradayam" of Ancient India.

PRDS College as a new emerging college for all-round development of students is having a big ground for Football, Cricket, and Volleyball. Here we conduct annual athletic meet and students also represented in the intercollege athletic meets in the past.
